I took my cousin into your store a couple of weeks ago as she was looking for a gown for her parents 50th wedding anniversary. She was quite skeptical about the whole consignment thing. Anyways she found a great gown and for $40.00 that looked gorgeous on her and she was sold on the whole consignment thing. By the way I love your store

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the article that Rita Zekas wrote about your Thornhill Curvaceous Consignments store in Saturday's Toronto Star, and to see how impressed she seemed to be by it. I was especially pleased to note that very open comment in it regarding the fact that you also count transgendered men among your valued clients, and the matter-of-fact manner in which it was included in the article.
I am sure that I also speak for many other members of the transgendered community in thanking you for making us feel so welcome in your store, and I can only regret the fact that I have not been able to make it back there since my previous visit last fall. This is mainly because I live closer to the Ajax store, but I definitely plan to rectify that omission this spring...
That said, I have now had the pleasure of meeting Wanda in person since she took over that store from Kim, but my usual point of contact there is Karen, who also takes very good care of me whenever I shop there.
You ladies are all tops in my books, and I am definitely looking forward to checking out some of the new designer lines that you now seem to be stocking in your Thornhill store.

I am writing this email to praise one of your sales associates. I have been into your store a couple of times and the same sales associate has always helped me. I was very stressed on Saturday due to finding a top for my sisters engagement party and had a very bad experience happen to me that day. To add to the bad day, it was pouring outside. I believe her name is Marcia. She not only allowed me to vent but she was a very big help finding me a top for the party the very next day. Her patience, expertise and smile made the day go from bad to good. She is a valuable asset to your company and I wanted to let you know to pass on the praise to her. The store that I was in was the Thornhill location on saturday, november 15.
Despite my good experience, I wanted to compend you all for creating a store which cators to the curvaceous women out there. It is nice to have a place to exchange and shop with ease.
